April Preview
30 Mar 2013
Next month sees a two new exciting projects kick off. The first is my octet, Timecraft, which will have its London debut at the Green Note in Camden on Sunday 7th. We're lucky to have Austrian guitarist John Arman travel all the way over especially for the gig and it should be a lot of fun!

April also sees the launch of Jonathan Brigg's new quintet, which features Troyka's Chris Montague on guitar, Roller Trio's James Mainwaring on saxophones and Michael Bardon on bass. The group has it's first outing at the end of next month at The New Bradford Playhouse.

12 Mar 2013
This June Timecraft will be on tour around the UK - for dates and venue details, please see the gigs page. In the meantime, here's a sneak at our lovely tour poster!

February
10 Feb 2013
Looking forward to a few fun gigs this month, starting with a quartet gig with Jez Franks, Calum Gourlay and led by saxophonist Jonathan Chung at Oliver's on 11th February. The Royal Academy of Music big band are also at Kings Place on Saturday 16th, playing the music of Sir John Dankworth with his son, Alec Dankworth, and Dame Cleo Laine.

Later in the month, on Friday 22nd, my quartet will be playing at the MAP Studio Cafe in Kentish Town which looks like a great venue. For more information and tickets, see the MAP Studio Cafe web site.
